Learn how to install a double din bezel in your 99-03 Mitsubishi Galant. This process requires minimal modifications and can be done on all models, including ES, DE, LS, and GTZ.

TOOL REQUIRED

Step 1: Remove OEM bezel

Use the trim removal tool to remove the OEM bezel.

Step 2: Drill Mounting Holes

Use the alignment tool provided & drill new mounting holes, do this for both sides.

Make sure the top/ridge of the tool is held tight against the points marked by the arrows.

Step3: Relocate Climate Control

Relocate climate control & screw into place using the top screw point.

Use 1/4 bit for extra adjustment if needed.

Tip: Mounting Head Unit

Reuse the OEM radio brackets to install your double din head unit. Drill new mounting holes along the dotted line.

Step 4: Reuse OEM Bezel Clips

Remove clips from OEM bezel & attach them to the new bezel.

Step 5: Install Double Din

Install the new bezel making sure all four tabs are aligned with the mounting holes.
